Burt and Durty are two crack head bums that steal and dumpster dive to make some money to buy their booze and crack. The two messed with the wrong guy and he has vowed revenge on Burt and Durty. Mr. Big will stop at nothing to exact revenge on Burt and Durty and sends his minion the Cat Burglar to steal something precious to them the only thing they hold value on their crack.
