Brother of Victim in Robbinsdale Officer-Involved Shooting: “There Needs to Be a Better System”

The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating an officer-involved shooting in Robbinsdale on Saturday night. Robbinsdale Police responded to a report of a suicidal individual with a gun. They say the man came out of the house with a gun and ignored commands to stop before an officer fired his gun.
