This challenge is totally free, all you have to do is subscribe to my channel and like my videos if you find value in them. 🧘♀️ The Three Principles of Yin Yoga: 🧘♀️ 1️⃣ Find your appropriate edge. Only go to 80% of your capacity in each pose. Never force or strain yourself into any pose. 2️⃣ Hold for time. Yin yoga poses are held for at least 2 minutes. Always listen to your body and come out of a pose sooner if needed. My hold times are simply suggestions. 3️⃣ Stillness. Try to remain still in both your body and mind.
