Boil your pasta in a pot of water with the bay leaf, cloves, and black peppercorns until it is al dente. While the pasta is cooking, finely chop all your herbs. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the fresh chopped onions, corn, and a pinch of habanero. Add the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Pour in the olive oil and mayonnaise. Mix everything together thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. Enjoy! Chef's Tip: You can use any herbs you find in the season, just be sure to use a minimum of three different types. For decoration, you can use fresh basil leaves and the beautiful blossoms of the nasturtium plant! What's your favorite herb to use in a salad? Let us know in the comments below!
