Search for fugitive felon

JEFFERSON COUNTY - The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Warrant Division is searching for a fugitive felon wanted for a number of crimes, and it's asking for the public's help in finding him.Deputies believe Michael Joe Miller, 37, may be hiding in Mid or South Jefferson County.He's 5'9", weights about 200 pounds and has brown hair. Miller has a scar on his left knee and head.According to investigators, Miller has an extensive criminal history and is wanted on the following charges:*Robbery with bodily injury Harris County*Theft Jefferson County*Failure to appear Galveston CountyInvestigators say no attempt should be made to apprehend a man they call a dangerous wanted fugitive.
