Military personnel mobilised to drive ambulances

80 military personnel have been mobilised to assist South Central Ambulance Service across the South East, helping get more emergency vehicles on the road. They will be easing the huge pressure that’s expecting to build on the service in the next few weeks by driving ambulances and taking 999 calls.
