BF3 - Lets Talk SHOTGUNS - Are Shotguns Overpowered?

THEY ARE NOT OP!!!! A lot of people complain about shotguns in BF3. When you're in close quarters, there is no reason to not use one. Shotguns are not OP, they are VERY lethal up close. Slugs do damage at close and medium range. Buckshot does A LOT of damage up close. Same with flechette rounds. Shotguns have short magazines and slow reload times. Most of the time you can counter shotguns with flashlights, or you can counter them with distance. Various assault riffles and LMG's can DESTROY shottys from medium to long range. Remember to play smart, because when people get angry. They tend to play worse.
