Reports suggest that Liverpool have made a £33m bid for Kalvin Phillips' services, and the England international could certainly be an ideal solution for Klopp's midfield. Phillips is a player who is astute at reading the game, and has the innate ability to control the play from midfield. He has largely been used at a holding midfielder for Leeds United, and caught the eye in the Premier League last season.
