Runaway (Crime Story Version) – Del Shannon (Original Stereo)

Thumping guitar and saxophone based reinterpretation, of Del’s memorable 1961 recording, was played over the opening credits of the mid 80’s U.S. produced television drama, ‘Crime Story’. Never released as a single in Australia, this 1986 track made one of its first appearances on the impressive 1998 ‘Raven Records’ 2CD compilation, ‘Del Shannon: 1961-1990 (A Complete Career Anthology)’.
