OMG I forgot the red liquid, what even XD Damn ..... Apparently the red liquid is Aglaophotis which is obtained from the refinement of a herb of the same name. It has the ability to dispel demonic forces and grant protection against such forces to those who use the item. So i've done the beginning of Alchemilla Hospital twice and this time while I remembered the map and the plastic bottle I completely missed getting the red liquid.
