ARRL Field Day 2014 - Wrightwood, CA.

ARRL Field Day is to ham radio operators what Super Bowl is to football players. I got a chance to head up to the Wrightwood area and check out what the big boys are doing for Field Day. I also met up with a ham friend of mine Bill. K6WHP who is shown working 40 meters with CW and doing very well running QRP. (low power) He was contesting and made contacts with places like The Virgin Islands. Mike and Chris at the end also did very well on 40 meters with their modest station and V pole antenna.
