(Fan fiction) In a Land of myth and a time of magic, there lived a Warlock with a great destiny. Though as the time past that destiny faded. Everything he fought for died. Merlin felt as if he had nothing else to live for till one day, he is then given a message through his dreams unraveling a terrifying vision of Arthur. He is left with questions and decides to search for The Horn of Cathhbhadh to visit Arthur one last time. Though things don't go as planned. Merlin is forced to storm out with no way of knowing what have happened to Arthur. Meanwhile, Arthur finds himself trapped in the depths of the Underworld where Lucifer spends every part of his miserable life torching him with Morgana by his side... Though despite Lucifer's love for torture he was unsatisfied with his power. He wanted to escape the Underworld and overtake the overworld, though because of his curse he was unable to leave. As Merlin left the Stone of Nemeton, Gwen makes her way in to seek help form Lancelot. Though, he had no idea of his location. Lancelot was in the good part of the Underworld where the Devil couldn't reach. Some may call it the Elysian Fields. Though he planned to help them find Arthur in hopes of bringing him back. As the time went on Merlin had no answers; till one day he spots a vision of Lancelot floating above him. He gives him a message of Arthur of what had happened to him. Merlin is then sent the Crystal cave to reveal a terrifying future. Merlin then heads off to find the weapon that killed Arthur and bring it to the Angel of Life for her to grant Arthur life. As Merlin and Percival head over to grab the sword from Mordred's grave and travel to The Isle of the Blest; he is approached by The Cailleach The Gate Keeper of the Underworld who sets a trap for him to help the Lord of the Underworld escape. And as the Lord of the Underworld arises so does Arthur Pendragon to trap him back into the Underworld. I don't own Merlin, BBC does.
