It's easy to go into a sort of hibernation mode with quarantines and lockdowns. Not needing to leave the house may result in us falling out of what's considered a "normal" schedule. During these times it can be difficult to clean the house, take care of daily duties, and even to take care of ourselves. This is called quarantine fatigue and, yes, it is a real thing! Symptoms of Quarantine fatigue often mimic that of depression. Symptoms of Quarantine Fatigue vary from person to person, but may include: • Feeling tense, anxious or irritable • Disruption in eating or sleeping habits • Isolation • Feelings of hopelessness
