Do subscribe to my channel Note : For Arabic spice recipe click on the link below :    • Arabic Spices Recipe ( Mandi spices ) | Ar...   Ingredients: For Rice : -Oil - 2 tbsp -Onion - 1 chopped Capsicum - 1 small chopped -Garlic paste - 1 tbsp -chicken with bones 1 kg -Black pepper powder - pinch Salt to taste -Arabic spice mix -2 tbs -Water 5-6 Cups -Dried lemon - 2 Green onion - 1 chopped -Rice - 2 cups ( soaked 1 hour ) Note : Divide the rice into two half . To first half rice add 1 tsp of turmeric powder and to the second half rice add the prepared tomato paste. For vegetables: -Oil - 1 cup -Egg plants - 2 (skin) and also inner part sliced -Potatoes - 2 large sliced -Tomatoes - 1 sliced -Onion -1 sliced Green Capsicum - 1 cut into 4 pieces Red Capsicum - 1 cut into 4 pieces -Cauliflower - 8to 9 pieces Salt for sprinkling Tomato paste : -oil - 1tbsp -Tomato paste - 2 tbs Salt 2 pinch -Arabic spice mix - pinch Water 2-3 tbs Directions: -In pot, add oil and onion, garlic paste , chopped capsicum and sauté until translucent. -Add mix and mix well until the chicken color is light brown. -Add black pepper powder ,salt and Arabic spice & mix well. -Add water, dried lemon, and chopped green onions .Mix well and bring it to boil, cover and cook until chicken is cooked . -Remove the cooked chicken and set aside. Add basmati rice and mix well, adjust the salt and mix, bring it to boil, cover & cook on low flame until water is reduced. -In frying pan in which we cooked vegetables ,add oil and tomato paste, salt, pinch of Arabic spice and black pepper powder and mix . Add water and mix well, cook for 2 minutes and set aside. -Add basmati rice and mix well, add salt and mix, bring it to boil, cover & cook on low flame until water is reduced. -Divide the rice into two half . To first half rice add 1 tsp of turmeric powder and to the second half rice add the prepared tomato paste. In pan add 1 cup of oil . Fry the egg plant (skin and the sliced inner part) , potatoes , and saute (onions , capsicum, cauliflower and tomatoes) in 1 tbsp of oil. Sprinkle some salt. Assembling: -In pot, first put egg plant skin in a flower pattern , put sliced potatoes on the top of chicken and put cauliflower between the chicken. Now add capsicum on the sides (follow one red and one green pattern and press gently . -Add the tomato paste rice and set it by pressing gently. Add sliced tomatoes , onions and sliced egg plant on sides. Add turmeric rice and press gently -Add chicken broth around 2 cups or it depends on the softness of rice. -Cover and cook on low flame for 20 to 40 minutes.
