What I do is contact their human resource center and the claims management company just to make sure and verify that all t's across and i’s are dotted and the checks are coming in. You know clients want to know, those that are on short term disability, FMLA, if the checks are going home or into their bank account. The other way is to develop resumes, where people come with no work history. We have a resume-building program and we log on to that website and build a resume. And then we put that out to Indeed another website to allow them to see and look for jobs or while they are here in treatment to transition home when they get back.
