Introduction to the 1st Episode/Season Premiere of the 4th Season of Felicity “The Declaration” which aired on The WB Wednesday Night October 10,2001 following the 1st Episode/Season Premiere of the 5th Season of Dawson’s Creek “The Bostonians” on then WB Network Affiliate WGN-TV in Chicago, Illinois.The WB affiliation remained on WGN in Chicago until September 17,2006 when WGN became Chicago’s charter CW Affiliate, on September 1,2016 WGN-TV reverted back to an independent station after 21 years with network affiliation.
