The shop is named after Haji Abdul Ghani Qureshi who started this shop in 1970. Abdul Ghani learned making kebabs from his grand father and his shop became popular in no time. Abdullah Kebabi’s (as he is famously known) sons manage this shop today and seed Guddu manages this kebab corner and he can be seen slapping the smooth meat and herb paste on the metal skewers and grilling them over burning charcoal. We recommend his mutton kebabs (you can avoid the butter if you want to) and kebab rolls and the juiciest chicken malai tikka, which we have ever tasted in Delhi 6!
