Jason Momoa is "finally" fulfilling his DC Comics dream of playing Lobo, and studio co-head James Gunn is happy to give waiting fans a proper look at the character in a brand-new teaser. Gunn dropped the video on Friday, presenting a preview of Momoa's debut as Lobo in the upcoming Supergirl film. The movie picks up following the events of 2025's Superman, and sees the titular character (portrayed by House of the Dragon star Milly Alcock) celebrating her 21st birthday by flying across the galaxy with her dog, Krypto. But when a young alien girl seeks Kara's help to take revenge on the one who killed her family, she runs into all sorts of unsavory characters.
