Mass Effect 3 Target Practice Ep 49: M-920 Cain w/ Commentary

The M-920 Cain is for all intents and purposes a mini-nuke. It operates similarly to the Reaper Blackstar with a few key differences: the Cain takes much longer to charge, its projectile is affected by gravity, and it has a larger splash radius. Practically speaking the weapons do the same damage, one-shotting any enemy in the game. The Cain is only found very late in the game and is reserved for a special sequence.
