Aid offer to Papua New Guinea 'absolutely' all about China

Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says Foreign Minister Penny Wong’s aid offer to Papua New Guinea is “absolutely” all about China. “I guess she’s doing what Marise Payne failed to do and I think succeeding Marise Payne in foreign affairs can be a good start for you,” he told Sky News host Chris Smith. “She’s really capable, it’s quite clear Penny Wong is quite good at her job. “We need to be, have good relations with Asia and the Pacific in order to counter this increasing Chinese influence.”
