DGP ANNUAL PRESSMEET ROUND UP 2018 TELANGANA: DGP Telangana Sri.M.Mahender reddy IPS today conducted Annual pressmeet in his office.....CRIME IN TELANGANA STATE REDUCED BY 5 %.....Property offences reduced by 8 %....Cyber crime reduced by 3 %.....Murders reduced by 4 %.....Crime against women reduced by 7 %.....Conviction rate increased by 11 %.....Chain snatchings reduced by 43 %.....Robberies reduced by 29 %....Bank robberies reduced by 10 %.....ATM thefts reduced by 51 %.....Kidnappings reduced by 19 %.....11 % Reduction in Rape cases.....Crime against SC,ST reduced by 3 %....Telangana police achieved success in recovery of property of 69 %.....All together 10,2307 cases registered in Telangana.....Good results of Operation smile & Muskan.....Total accidents occured Telangana state are 20,325.....10 lakhs vehicles increased in state of Telangana.....In terms of cctv installation Telangana stands first in India.....LAW & ORDER IS TOTALLY IN CONTROL IN TELANGANA.....No communal cases reported in state.....Recent Assembly elections not a single case reported.....POLICE WILL GO AHEAD WITH FRIENDLY POLICING AND WILL BE ENFORCED THROUGHOUT THE STATE......Police will work seriously on Caste murders.....Public should co-operate with police to fight against Crime & in use of Technology.....
