Because the way they framed the whole thing could be taken into another arc for Lycaon's future agent story, or maybe for main quest? Since Zenless Zone Zero is still just in its 4th patch, and is a slow burn when it comes to the plot, I have no idea how they're going to introduce the Mockingbird man. I don't have much to say about Lycaon's story other than I'm more curious with his past even more. From going from a seemingly hotheaded character to the epitome of a ideal graceful butler, I wonder what exactly led to his current predicament. Also, I haven't bought this up at the end of chapter 3, but I'm also anticipating the identity of the enigmatic master of Victoria Housekeeping. Lycaon mentioned that he's the one who's calling the shots, and instructed them to assist Phaeton with the presumably investigation case of the Old capital. That makes the case involved with the Unknown Corruption Complex and old capital really a huge thing. I'm goingto asume the Void Hunters are also looking into this, particularly Hoshino Miyabi. Seeing Lycaon fumble a bit in the beginning with the Inter-Knot post and him sounding distraught over it was hilarious., At least, she's not as bad as Rin Tohsaka from Fate who a couple of steps away from being a caveman when it comes to dealing with technology lmao.
