Judicial conducttribunal report on judge Motata

Following the Judicial Conduct Tribunal that was convened by the office of the Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng into retired Judge Nkola Motata, the recommendation is that he be impeached. This is after a hearing earlier this year where the tribunal found Motata guilty on charges of gross misconduct in relation to his drunk driving trial.
