The message is that the society gives birth to crime, maintains it and the society alone can resolve this problem. There are so many young inmates, poor, many of them are convicted for theft, but they are not educated. The message of the festival is that we should put our energy and our resources into education. People will have more choices in life. We are the product of our environment and it is determined by us." 10.
