Man is like grass all his days; he flourishes like a flower of the field; the wind passes over him and he is gone, and his place knows him no more... But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness on children's children, to those who keep his covenant and remember his commandments to do them.
