Jury's Choice Award Winner / Video Mapping Festival, France

The 'Jury's Choice Award' at the Video Mapping Festival in Lille, France went to the incredible artist Morgane Philippe. "Le Voyageur Perdu" (A Lost Traveller) was commissioned by the City of Épinal after she won 1st prize in a competition in 2019. Displayed on the facade of the Belfry of Saint-Maurice Basilica the artwork tells the story of a solitary traveller in a forgotten world who follows a Light on a journey to colour and happiness. There were so many reasons that lead to our decision in awarding Morgane but the two key contributing factors were her ability to tell a beautiful, captivating story, teamed with a strong, moving soundscape.
