Beware of Back Pain Exercises on Social Media!

Most back pain exercises on social media are useless random movements that barely even qualify as “exercise,” coming from influencers with no clinical training who put zero thought into their recommendations while promising miraculous results… The guy in this video literally just said, “your back pain will vanish if you lay in bed & twist your back 80 times” !!!!!! When you see back pain exercises online, just remember that the person posting them has no idea why your back hurts, what makes it hurt worse, what kind of exercise/activity you’re involved in, what you want your back to be able to tolerare… All they know is that you’re watching their video because your back hurts. If I tried to give someone back pain advice with that little information, I guarantee my advice would be useless… Which is why I don’t make videos like this! So instead of wasting your time with more random influencer exercises, I decided to lay out my general approach as simply as possible in this video… That way you can at least put some thought into the exercises you’re bookmarking on social media… Or just come up with better exercises on your own.
