I have filmed this area a couple times on my short feed.. The homeless were staying here for a while it's a weird place people come and go. I guess something exploded there where people by the bridge I couldn't see but by the time I got there they had left. I called around yelling help to see if anyone responded and checked around briefly here and there before the ambulance and police fire truck showed up in case someone was hurt.👀👀
