1970’s recipe Peanut Butter & Jelly Coffee Cake !! PB & J a blast to the past

Hi Neighbors, I have a bunch of these recipe cards from 1971 if you are interested in me making more of them please let me know . I would gladly like to share if you are interested. I typed up the recipe as on the card below and also made some notes. I hope you enjoy the video until the end. Ingredients 2 cups of Bisquick Baking mix ( I used original mix) 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/4 cup of peanut butter 2/3 cup of milk 1 large egg 1/2 cup of jelly or jam ( I used a cup you see why in video) Heat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit or 204 Celsius Grease layer pan, 9x1/2 ( I didn't know what this meant lol but it is a round pan geee I thought it was a large pan anywhoo you see what I did in video) Mix baking mix and sugar, cut in peanut butter. mix in milk and egg, beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Spread in pan, spoon jelly onto batter and spread thinly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown.
