What a banger of a game! Definitely my favorite recently released run-and-gun. The game perfectly captures the arcade feel, with amazing gameplay, well-paced stages, and great presentation. I had a lot of fun playing it casually, as well as learning it for 1CC purposes. A top-difficulty clear is all about memorization and making as few mistakes as possible on the toughest stages (Stage 3, Stage 10, and Stage 12). The game is not perfect. I’m not a big fan of contact damage (although I understand why it was included) or the large character hitboxes, but these are minor complaints. The game has tremendous replay value if you want to master it. I'll probably work on other paths and modes. Played on my Nintendo Switch.
