DBFZ - Base Vegeta 3 Ki TOD

Revised the previous TOD a little bit to make it more efficient. I'm pretty sure it's possible to snipe a ki blast in before the 236L in order to make it 2.5 ki instead of 3 ki, but it's suuuper tight. Also pretty sure it would be possible to shear off a bar if you had a character with a Lv2 Super.
