Honda Civic EJ9 turbo build - part 1

I need something cheap, light and tuneable for a bit of a road and track toy. This little civic ej9 ticks two of those boxes. I like to do things on a budget so we'll see if it's possible to build a 400BHP single cam D series when you don't have much cash to splurge. oh yeah it doesn't even run and is only a 1.4 So obviously the small engine capacity needs addressing first, I managed to find anoter 98 civic (coupe this time) that had the D16Y8 motor in that had been looked after all (most) of its life.
