Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented nothing for the "aam aadmi" in her budget. "There was nothing for the aam aadmi in this budget. He will now pay Rs 2 per litre more on petrol and diesel which will have a knock-off effect on everything," Mr Tharoor said.
