Is Jerry Jones leaving the door open for a Tony Romo return in 2017?

Jerry Jones is a master manipulator of the media at times. During this interview on why nothing has been executed of the Dallas Cowboys with honoring Tony Romo since his departure of the team one can raise some questions why not. Now lets not get confused, I'm neither a Tony Romo lover, or a Dak Prescott hater, but the way Jerry dances around these questions leads me to believe they do not want to shut the door on Tony altogether. Why you ask? If Dak were to get hurt who would lead this team? Kellen Moore? Unless they bring in another veteran quarterback I will stick to my guns. Bringing in another rookie to "develop" behind Dak does not persuade me to buy it either. Whats your thoughts after hearing Jerry Jones with the media today?
