Serves: 1 ⏱️ Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins 💪 Macros (approx): • Calories: 360 kcal • Protein: 28g • Carbs: 35g • Fat: 13g • Fiber: 9g Ingredients: 1 multigrain tortilla 100g soya granules 1 small onion (chopped) 2-3 green chillies (chopped) 1/4 cup roasted besan (gram flour) 1 tbsp chopped coriander Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp jeera powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp amchoor powder 1 tsp oil for toasting Pickled onions (for topping) Green chutney (for topping) Method: Boil the Soya: In a wok, boil water and add 100g soya granules. Boil for 10–15 mins. Drain, rinse, and squeeze out all water. Prep the Filling: In a bowl, combine soya, chopped onion, chillies, coriander, roasted besan, salt, and all dry spices. Mix well until it forms a sticky, spiced mixture. Assemble the Crunchilla: Spread the soya filling evenly on one multigrain tortilla. Toast It: On a hot griddle, add 1 tsp oil and toast the tortilla on both sides until golden and crunchy. Top & Serve: Remove from heat, add pickled onions and a drizzle of green chutney.
