Check out my book, Was Hitler an Atheist? https://owenmorgan.com/whaa In 2015, there was a trial of sorts called to address the concerns of the Australian Government about how Jehovah's Witnesses were handling CSA cases as a matter of policy. They managed to compel one of the governing body members, the highest position of authority in the JW organization, to testify before them. Jeffrey Jackson is one of 7 (at the time) governing body members and he spoke for the organization. The Australian Royal Commission had a lot of really good questions for Jackson and they had a lot of insider knowledge that isn't released to the public. I'm not sure how they got their hands on this knowledge but I was deeply impressed with the questions they were able to ask because of it. This council provides a fascinating insight into the workings of the JW organization and the workings of their highest members. We see multiple examples of the most blatant lies. We watch him obfuscate until he can't anymore at which point he resorts to lying again. Active Jehovah's Witnesses aren't allowed to see this video. It is considered heresy and they will be disfellowshipped. Which is why I think it's incredibly important that they DO see it. What is your organization trying to hide? Why is it so important that it stay hidden? Why are they willing to throw you out of the community completely before risking you may share this information with someone else? For an organization all about recruiting MORE sincere believers, isn't it incredibly suspicious that they would throw away any of the ones they have just because they learned some piece of information?
