Bowser in the Horrible Nightmare [Part 1]

The plot of this game is quite simple. Bowser's subconscious in trapped in Subcon, which has been taken over once again by Wart. In order to free himself, he must make his way to Wart's fortress and defeat him in battle. As he goes on, the dreamscape becomes darker and more treacherous. The gameplay is also fairly simple. You have 4 worlds to traverse, with 6 levels each. There's a boss at the end of the third and 6th level of each world, and the level after every boss is a savepoint from where you'll continue if you get a Game Over. What spices things up a bit is the inclusion of Dreamy Powers. Every time you defeat a boss or a miniboss, you get to select one out of three special powers inspired by some aspect of the boss, be it an attack or a passive ability.
