85 Blood-Elf Protection Paladin, 383 Item-Level. I soloed Plague Quatre easy, there was literally no tactics to these bosses, at 85 that is. However you do need some healing, if you're limited to healing, for example as a warrior, i would go dps spec (pref Fury) and just dps them down as fast as possible.
