FATAL Motorcycle vs Pickup Truck, MLK Blvd. and Franklin Blvd., South Sacramento

At 10:30 P.M. Saturday, the Sacramento Fire Department, Sacramento Police Department and the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of an auto vs pedestrian incident at the intersection of Franklin Blvd and Martin Luther king Blvd. It was then determined to be a Motorcycle vs Pickup truck incident. When Sacramento Police Officers arrived on scene, they reported that they had a pedestrian down in the roadway unresponsive. Several vehicles were involved in the incident and debris stretches from MLK at Franklin, one whole block to 48th Avenue in the northbound lanes. No further details were available at the time of this posting.
