Hello Friends! We are back today with a class that felt particularly great to film. In this quick 43 Min sequence we will be going through a series of postures in a sort of ladder mandala flow format where we go back and explore different variations of postures to prepare the body for some hip opening goodness! I also realize that you may not necessarily know what ladder or mandala flow means, so below you can read a little explanation on both! Mandala Flow - A yoga flow where you are moving in a circular pattern around your mat with little to no breaks between postures and little to no "vinyasas" practiced. Ladder Flow - A yoga flow that takes more than one sequence and revisits postures in different variations to allow more depth and more understanding in the posture. You can expect it to get spicy enough to where you feel your body working but not too intense or challenging to where it is unattainable. You wont need any props, but if you like practicing with them, make sure to have them by your side! If at any point you feel the need to take a breather in childs pose, please go ahead and do so as this class will be flowing from one posture to the next with little to no down time in between.
