Welcome to East Coast Sailing. Today we decided to have a bet between us who could catch the most seabass in the sea. We left in the early hours of darkness from Tollesbury at 5am. We crawled up the estuary without a slither of moon to guide us past the anchored boats and mud banks which we nearly ran aground. We eventually anchored in-between Bradwell Power Station & Tollesbury for 12 hours of Fishing. It was a cold start to the day and warmed up nicely when the sun rose at 7:20am. The fishing was excellent with many species being caught throughout the day. Watch to find out who won the Bass Challenge.
