Dr Rosena Allin-Khan wins Tooting by election and pays tribute to Jo Cox
Dr Rosena Allin-Khan wins Tooting by election and pays tribute to murdered Labour MP Jo Cox. Allin-Khan has retained the Tooting seat for Labour after previous MP Sadiq Khan was elected London Mayor earlier this year. In her victory speech she spoke about Jo Cox, the MP who was murdered the day before. A two minute silence was also observed in memory of Cox.
