And I remember still my school days when it was in my lunch box for almost twice a week she would lovingly make them and nicely wrap them in aluminum foil. They would not get mushy or moist, even after 2-3 hours however, it’s better to consume them within 4-5 hours and one thing will like to mention as I enjoy eating sandwiches so my friends use to call me sandwich lover. As mornings are busy for every mom so they tried to make the options which are quick but at the same time it’s nutritious and filling. And if we use to go for family picnic so my mom use to prepare the sandwiches right on the destination and for that she took the sliced veggies in separate container along with butter in different one. This way its taste super fresh, crunchy and satisfying .
