Division 2 - Talk to Henry Hays Bug Fix!

I don't actually feel as though this is a bug. I believe that it just gives you the notification prior to completing all the main campus missions. It seems that all main missions must be completed as a prerequisite to be able to talk to Henry Hays. Here is the mission info and verification that it works. I also became frustrated as he would always be at the project table and I could never enter his cargo container so I decided to just look around the map and saw this mission hanging there for the campus, absolutely not completed. In my case I still needed to complete the Potomac Event Center. Once I completed the mission it opened up the ability to enter his cargo unit.
