Project Ozone 3 Kappa Mode #92 Neutral Steel Automation

This time on Project Ozone 3 Kappa mode we build a very nice Neutral Steel Automation to get the first couple degrees of neutral steel. Starting out with a little bit of satisfying machine upgrading followed by slightly confused automation. But we get there in the end with sleek and maybe even efficient automation.
