Ukraine crisis: 'More likely than not' Russia will invade

Former US ambassador to NATO, Kurt Volker, has told Trevor Phillips it was "more likely than not" Russia will invade Ukraine. He was speaking after a deadlock in talks aimed at easing tension in the region. The US has warned that Moscow is planning to launch "false-flag" operations in Ukraine to trigger a pretext for invading.
