The effectiveness of Hypermiling varies depending on the vehicle you try it in but it certainly works better in cars that already are reasonably fuel efficient, like my Volkswagen Jetta. In this video I teach you all the best ways to save fuel in the most amusing and least scientific way possible. Disclaimer: this video is not highly scientific by any stretch of the imagination. It is mostly for entertainment purposes. I refueled by letting the pump "click" twice and I drove as conservatively as possible, using cruise control to stay at 56 mph (indicated, actual speed may vary). Temperature outside was around 88 degrees Fahrenheit (indicated by the car). Advice: simply drive slower, aerodynamic drag and acceleration are your worst enemies for getting good fuel economy.
