How to deal with a...........Scam call from Quantum PC Services. Part One -- YouTube

I received one of many calls I have had from Quantum PC Support. My record for keeping these con artists on the phone is just over 30 minutes. This one, I managed to record badly, I have to upload in two parts. I just kept her hanging on whilst I set up the recording. Next time I will get a little more cheeky I think! The first time I knew straight away what their deal was, so I ranted and raved at the same woman for a few minutes. It got hilariously heated and she hung up on me. Last night, the called me again and I answered, "Oh, it's you again! Still trying this crap?! Seriously! Always suspicious of such calls (and always knowing they are a scam) I ran through their company name in Google to get the list of hits and while I supposedly run through the steps they tell me to go through I find the best article to quote to them later on. Kept them on the phone for 20 minutes before telling them the several reasons why I am not going to give them remote access to my computer! I love wasting cold callers' time- it's my entertainment!!
