30-Min Full-Body TABATA: Dumbbell Combos & Cardio Blast!

30-Min Full-Body TABATA: Dumbbell Combos & Cardio Blast! We're working our full body 💪 with dumbbell combos & super Cardio💦 Tabata blocks in between! Check out the format: Round One: 8 super fun strength combinations (mostly with dumbbells - I use 5lbs, you can use 2, 5, or 8, or anything in between.) We are doing each exercise for 20 or 30 seconds (I'll let you know as we start) & if there are 2 sides, we are doing them right away - but, other than that...no repeats! 8 sweaty cardio moves done TABATA style! 20 seconds per exercise, 10 seconds of recovery in between (you can shuffle to recover, step-tap, or just chill;) Round Two: 8 NEW strength combinations, 20-30 seconds each Repeat the cardio moves for 1 more Tabata set - since you'll be more familiar with these moves, really push yourself to hit your 100% for each exercise And, that's it! Easy, right? Drink water when you need it, get sweaty, & have fun🥳 Then, let me know how you did.
