Essential English 2 the first lesson in the second hour of the first day is completed in this video C. It consists of A, B, C for the first lesson. The lesson is using the Guide that the teacher prepared and students also use a textbook that spoke in the first lesson about image. They are challenged to think who they are or what images they bow to or pay lip-service to. All humanity does. Some images are real like God but some are fake and deceptive, some are good and some are utterly bad. It is said that the greatest danger for the digimodernists, my students, is that they will suffer from information overload and the problem with this is that they do not know what to do next and in exhaustion just follow someone, even if it is someone wrongly. If a person sounds factual, says Peter Boorstin, people will still follow him/her. In some way I have to bring my students to the point where they are like Ellen White said in her book in 1903 after fighting with Kellogg Cornflakes inventor, "to be thinkers and not mere reflectors of other people's minds".
